To whom it may concern,
I am writing this email in regards to the limousine service that we had this Saturday the 20th of May. Some friends and I booked the service for the day to go to the Lovedale Festival! We were pleasantly surprised to be warmly greeted by Ken, who assured us that he was there to help us with anything we needed for the day. Through out the day he drove us to many different wineries within the festival and some other hidden treasures along the way. He was a wealth of knowledge in regards to different areas around the Hunter Valley and had a story for many different places through out the day.
Ken was so wonderful with any request that we asked, with stopping and taking many photos of us along the way, only being one of them.
He stopped and organised impromptu wine tastings at some small wineries. It was at these places that we could see that his bubbly personally was also appreciated by many of the workers at these establishments. Everyone that we met had nothing but wonderful things to say about Ken and mentioned they always enjoyed when he visited.
I really just wanted to send this email to let you know that we are extremely grateful for the fantastic experience that Ken created for my friends and I. The day wouldn't have been the same without him and you should be so proud to have a member of staff, like Ken, on your team. Because of Ken, we have already been discussing organising another trip around the wineries later this year. We will be in touch and will certainly be arranging our trip with you for a time that Ken is available. Ken will always be known to us, as the man with a passion for helping other.
